Introduction

This Terms & Conditions agreement sets out the rules for using the Rexxon Job Portal. The Portal is designed to connect job seekers with opportunities specifically within the Middle East. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms, including our data collection and usage practices outlined below.

Important Notes:

Rexxon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without prior notice. Registering on our Portal does not guarantee you a job.

User Obligations

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when you create an account.
• You agree to use the Portal in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to intellectual property, online conduct, and data privacy within the Middle East.
• You will not misuse the Portal to spread harmful materials (viruses, spam, etc.) or content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise illegal.

Rexxon Rights & Responsibilities

• We may modify or temporarily suspend our services without prior notice due to technical issues or other legitimate reasons.
• We have the right to filter or remove content that violates our terms or applicable laws.
• We prioritise featuring job postings relevant to the Middle East. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of postings or promise that employers who post vacancies will follow through with hiring.

Liability Limitations

• Rexxon is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Portal, including indirect or accidental damages, beyond a maximum of Rs. 5,000 under any circumstances.
• We are not responsible for the outcome of interactions between job seekers and employers, nor any agreements you might make with them.

Data Use & Privacy

• Types of Data We Collect: We may collect personal information such as [list specific examples: name, email, phone, job history, etc.].
• How We Use Your Data: We use your data to: Provide and improve our job matching services.
• Communicate with you (service notifications, relevant job alerts with your consent).
• Analyse usage of the Portal.

• Our subsidiaries and service providers who support our operations.
• Law enforcement or regulatory bodies if required by law.
• Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of online transmissions.
• Data Retention: We retain your information as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

Intellectual Property

• Rexxon's content (logos, trademarks, etc.) is our property. You may not use it without our written permission.
• We may display your company name, logo, or related information for promotional purposes. You may withdraw this permission by contacting us.

Disputes

• We encourage resolving disputes amicably first. If mediation is needed, a mutually agreed-upon NGO specialising in consumer affairs and familiar with Middle Eastern regulations will provide mediation/arbitration services.
• Arbitration awards are binding. Otherwise, legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City relevant to Rexxon's base]

Additional Sections for Employers

• Employers register for free. You may post up to 12 listings relevant to the Middle East and send 10,000 mass mailings (regionally focused) at no cost. Additional services may incur fees.
• Employers must transparently post real job vacancies, and will not charge job seekers without explicitly stating that in the job announcement.
• Fees paid to Rexxon are non-refundable.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Payments made to Rexxon for services are non-refundable.
• If you made duplicate payments by mistake, notify us within 7 days for a refund.

Interpretation

References to Rexxon also extend to our owners, partners, directors, and employees.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Please check this page periodically for updates.
